Responsibilities:

Building relationships with physicians via phone, email marketing, targeted campaigns on social media, etc.

Develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting.

Interviewing and qualifying specialty physician candidates.

Utilizing more than just LinkedIn or Job boards, you will apply in-depth research techniques and strategies to find pools of top physician talent to best fit our healthcare facility partner(s) unique needs.

Collaborate with licensing, credentialing and travel support teams to expedite candidate placement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience with inside sales, recruitment, account management, or customer service.

Self-motivated and success driven.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and desire to build long-term relationships.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

NOTE: role is not remote.
